Bug Description
The page is quite confusing. There are multiple "search" and "clear form" buttons that could make it difficult for users with low vision or a learning disability to navigate.

Equinox is working on this with funding from BC Libraries Cooperative. Bugs were identified by testers from Canada's National Network for Equitable Library Service (NNELS) working on Evergreen 3.12.
