Bug Description
Edit fields, textboxes, comboboxes, etc. have poor contrast ratio around the boxes making it difficult for people with low vision to clearly identify and navigate to the appropriate fields.

Equinox is working on this with funding from BC Libraries Cooperative. Bugs were identified by testers from Canada's National Network for Equitable Library Service (NNELS) working on Evergreen 3.12.
