Submenus overlap page content (OPAC)

Sub-menus of "Preferences", "Holds/Ready", "Items Checked Out" buttons show up on top of the existing items on the page. Sometimes it displays in a downward direction, sometimes in the rightward direction, and there seems to be no pattern to these different display options. The menu should be displayed as a block, an expanded sub-menu, not displayed over top of the existing page content.

Equinox is working on this with funding from BC Libraries Cooperative. Bugs were identified by testers from Canada's National Network for Equitable Library Service (NNELS) working on Evergreen 3.12.
