Bug Description
There are two "Close" buttons. There should only be the one before both edit fields. The one before the login button does not make sense based on the reading order.

Equinox is working on this with funding from BC Libraries Cooperative. Bugs were identified by testers from Canada's National Network for Equitable Library Service (NNELS) working on Evergreen 3.12.
