Bug Description
The tooltips to describe how to login such as what to enter for username/password is unlabelled.

Equinox is working on this with funding from BC Libraries Cooperative. Bugs were identified by testers from Canada's National Network for Equitable Library Service (NNELS) working on Evergreen 3.12.
