Bug Description
When you select "Hello, NNELS Tester" nothing occurs. Talkback sees this as a link. If nothing is expected when clicked on, this should not be tagged as a link.

All pages within main menu when expanded
Equinox is working on this with funding from BC Libraries Cooperative. Bugs were identified by testers from Canada's National Network for Equitable Library Service (NNELS) working on Evergreen 3.12.
