Bug Description
When you select "Remove row" the screen reader focus jumps to another part of the page. It appears to jump near the top of the page. This should not happen. Instead, if the position shifts, it should either move to another field and/or provide an alert that a row has been removed.

Equinox is working on this with funding from BC Libraries Cooperative. Bugs were identified by testers from Canada's National Network for Equitable Library Service (NNELS) working on Evergreen 3.12.
