Clickable calendar day in datepicker (OPAC)

Calendar days are not announced as clickable. Previous and next month buttons are not announced as clickable and are badly labelled using « and » symbols–which are not announced with VoiceOver or NVDA’s default punctuation settings. Fix: Apply role=”button” to these controls so screen readers recognize them as buttons. Apply ARIA labels which described their purpose, example “Move to previous month” and “Move to next month”.
