Evergreen 3.11.1
The Holds Count in the Hopeless Holds interface only counts what is displaying on the page, not the full count.
For example, when scoped to my consortium I have 100 rows showing and it tells me the Holds Count in 100. However, if I page through I actually have 572 hopeless holds across the entire consortium. On the final page it tells me I have a Holds Count of 72.

This is a larger issue with many grids - in short, there's two issues with showing results counts: one where we know the total results set at load time, and one where we don't.
