Bug Description
On the workstation registration page /eg/staff/
1. The Library org unit selector field is using an unsupported ARIA attribute.
2. The Library field is also missing a form element label.
3. The Use Now and Remove buttons do not meet the minimum color contrast ratio.
These issues are present for at least 3.9 thru 3.12.
