Bug Description
This work is being funded by Evergreen Community Development Initiative, and performed by Equinox.
Equinox will be creating a new set of configurable, access-restricted, and OpenAPI-compliant RESTful API endpoints to external API consumers. Development will be focused on:
-- General purpose endpoints for authentication, circulation information, bibliographic & holdings information, and org unit information
-- Endpoints to support patron engagement tools, such as patron activity, patron messages, patron triggered events, and patron transactions
-- Endpoints to support discovery layers and related services, including course reserves and hold pickup locations.
