Button Sizing for Grids in New Angular Reports

Bug Description

In 3.13-beta Advanced Reports there are sizing issues with the paging and truncation buttons on grid actions. Attached is a screenshot of a template folder view. I did a quick spot check of grids in other areas of EG and those were all normal. The issue seems to be restricted to Advanced Reports.

I've seen this in other Angular grids at certain page widths - but of course I don't have a list handy. I think this might be an Angular issue and not specific to the reports grids. I will update the bug if I encounter it in the wild.

Upon further pondering I wonder if this is actually related to the new eg-grid implementation (bug 1615781)

Noted today that the grid on the search tab of reports does not have the same sizing issue as the main page.
