Bug Description

Wishlist: As of 3.11.5 there is no way to perform batch actions on bibliographic record notes. It would be helpful to be able to add, edit or remove record notes in batch.

Tiffany- that was my thought, but wasn't sure how others felt about it. There's already a button for Batch Edit, I can see it being its own separate button.
