Patron Search (angularjs): Enter key no longer submits form

In angularjs patron search, entering terms and pressing the enter key no longer executes the search, the staff user needs to click on the Search button, or tab to the Search button and hit Enter to execute.

This is a change in behavior from 3.12 and earlier, where pressing the Enter key executes the search.

Noting that in the Angular Experimental Patron Search, pressing the Enter key DOES execute the search.
