Active tabs on cards should match the card

In the staff catalog search and the acquisitions search, there are tabs attached to Bootstrap cards, which are slightly shaded. This leaves the active tab looking out of place, since our tab styles assume a white page background (see attached screenshot).

To test, visit the staff catalog. The active tab's background color should seamlessly match the shade of the enclosed area containing the search form.
