More control over sort staff catalog sort orders

Bug Description
We would like more control over the staff catalog sort orders. We want our default sort order to be called Relevance, but we want that to be poprel, Popularity-Adjusted Relevance. We consider the popularity factors to be part of Relevance. We would like to retain the Popularity option. It would be great to have a menu or options that we could use to select which sort orders we want to show, what we want to call them, and in what order these should appear.
