Bug Description
As far as I can tell, the Dojo autocomplete removed in bug 1187993 was the last bit that used a Dojo Dijit in the OPAC. There are a couple stray references to the "tundra" CSS class, but I think they can be removed.
Upshot: I think we can safely remove tundra.css from both TPAC and BOOPAC. The Dojo code that remains the the OPAC doesn't use Dijit (and at this point, looks like it can straightforwardly be replaced with JQuery or vanilla Javascript).
