filters not working on bib record > record notes

Using the current Equinox test server. On the bib record for "Ready Player One" TCN 248, "Record Notes" view (tab). I added some notes, then attempted to filter them using the "Filter" row in the grid. Ex:

1. All notes were created 3/1/24. Set a filter "Between 3/7/24 and 3/10/24." I expected the grid to be empty, but there was no change.

2. Note IDs are 6, 8, 10, 15, 16, 17, 18. Set a filter "Is less than 10." I expected only IDs 6 and 8 to remain, but there was no change.

A progress bar does appear briefly, but no other change.

Sorting and all other grid options work fine.
