Bug Description

A patch for bug 2045581 ensured that the ariaLabel attribute of eg-org-family-select would propagate to the contained eg-org-select so that the label would actually be added to the DOM, but did not include ariaLabel in the mocked OrgSelectComponent in org-family-select.component.spec.ts.

This has resulted in `npm run test` for the Angular staff client failing in main and rel_3_12 since early December.

Since this is getting in the way of reviewing substantive patches, I'm using my discretion to push a fix right away.
