Unfortunately, I couldn't get this work on our test server. Are there more instructions of getting this up for Boopac?

Because of how the OPAC caches certain values, including global flags, it is necessary to also:

- restart or reload Apache on all webservers
- remove the EGWeb.en_us.cgf.list key from memcached (or more generally, EGWeb.$locale.cfg.list)

Removing it from memcached could be done by restarting memcached (at the expense of losing all active login sessions) or using a tool such as memcrm.
