Bug Description
Currently, when an Emergency Closure is created and processed, there's no reflection of those updated hours in the OPAC. SPARK libraries are interested in having a temporary message or update to the maintenance message in the OPAC notifying patrons of the Emergency Closure. It would also be helpful if it could extend to scheduled closed dates.

Noting that emergency closings do appear in the "Upcoming closures" section of the OPAC on the related library page. However, I agree being able to make the closures more apparent to patrons up front would be nice.
I'm not sure what the best approach would be to displaying those closures would be - on hurricane / tornado days we sometimes have dozens of individual locations submitting emergency closures, so putting them all in the maintenance message would be overwhelming.
