Hold Count field on Holds Pull list is inaccurate

Tested on Evergreen 3.10 and Evergreen 3.11

The Angular holds Pull list screen can display an inaccurate Holds Count amount. If there are more items on the Hold Pull List than is currently selected in the Rows drop down, the Hold Count only includes the items on the current page, and not the total count. The correct amount appears to always display in Evergreen 3.9.

If you select "Print the Full List" the Hold Count updates correctly. Also selecting the Rows drop down to a greater amount updates the Hold Count display correctly.
