Bug Description
Currently, in 3.11, when a staff member searches for a serial title and selects Manage Subscription from the Serial button, the Serial Management screen does not display any navigation options. Currently, staff have to use the browser back buttons or start over via the top navigation bar. This can be time-consuming when you are adding new prediction patterns or subscriptions for a pile of titles.
A search bar, a back button or a Save and Close button like when editing Item Record would be helpful.
