Bug Description
The Angular line item search results page includes commented-out action labeled "Move to Selection List". That should be implemented to match an action present in the AngularJS LI search results that presents a dialog box that lets you create a selection list or choose an existing one, then move either selected LIs (or all LIs on search results) to the selection list.
This is related to bug 2045996 but not identical to it, as LI actions from a selection list in the Angular interface are specified in an interface different from LI search results.
