Bug Description

I swear this was already a bug, so, I'm searching for a duplicate the best way I know how: with a new bug.

Anyway, main back to 3.10 & the introduction of Angular POs - the create PO interface /eg2/en-US/staff/acq/po/create doesn't have styling to indicate required fields. It does have text, but styling would be nice as well.

Fwiw for anyone who wants to take this, the fix for bug 1838784 would be needed to show the org selector as required, and then all that's left would be showing Provider as required.
