Settings inconsistently loading in Hatch Printer Settings

Observed on 3.11.1 on Chrome 119.0.6045.200. Hatch extension version 0.3.3

The Hatch Printer Settings screen does not always properly display saved settings in the dropdowns. This seems to especially be a problem for the Paper Type setting. It also isn't displaying the appropriate defaults.

Many of our libraries use Star receipt printers. If I visit the Receipt tab on Hatch Printer Settings, most of the settings load in the dropdowns, but the Paper Type does not. However, this setting is still being loaded correctly from the server; it still displays in Compiled Printer Settings in the bottom. The proper settings (settings appropriate for a receipt printer) are not displayed in the Paper Type dropdown, either.

If a staff member selects the printer again from the Select Printer dropdown, THEN the saved value will populate as selected in the Paper Type dropdown, the appropriate additional options will be available to select from the Paper Type dropdown, and the correct defaults will display.

One additional unexpected behavior: After selecting the receipt printer again from the Select Printer dropdown, if I select another print context tab that isn't using a receipt printer, like Default, the default settings and all options in the dropdowns will be the same as those for the receipt printer. The correct settings are still shown in the Compiled Printer Settings JSON, though.
