Indicate OPAC visibility in Holdings View and Item Table

Bug Description

It would be useful if the Holdings View and the Item Table in the staff interface clearly indicated whether an item was visible in the OPAC or not. This might also be useful for Item Status and possibly other interfaces.

At present, I don't know of anything that does this, especially since the visibility of an item depends on multiple fields, including the item status, the shelving location, and the org unit.

Related bugs include:

bug 2033106 (Add columns in Holding View for certain Shelving Location attributes)
bug 1850971 (Visual cue for titles not visible in public OPAC)
bug 1966342 (Wish List - Add color coding when there are no holdings)

IIRC the "Holdable" column in Holdings View is calculated based on several different factors. That's actually why I opened bug 2033106, because it was confusing that the Holdable column would say "No" (because the shelving location was non-holdable) but the Holdable field on the item itself said "Yes".

I think it's reasonable that the Item Table should show Holdable and OPAC Visible based on the multiple factors for a final Yes/No because Circ staff just need to know that right off and don't necessarily need to fiddle with the nitty gritty of the item itself. But Holdings View for catalogers should have the option of the calculated field as well as a column for the value on the item itself. Something like "Item: Holdable" or something to indicate the difference.

Confirmed, the "Holdable" column displays true if the item, shelving location, and status are all marked holdable. (On the other hand, arguably the column could be labelled "Not Unholdable" since whether the item is actually holdable is dependent on hold policies that cannot be fully calculated without knowing for whom a potential hold is intended. Making that distinction fully clear in the UI could be challenging, though.)

By the way, is it entirely clear that "Item Table" is meant for circulation staff and "Holdings View" for technical services?

Regardless, I think it would also make sense to have both interfaces have columns available for each component of holdability (or OPAC visibility), possibly with different default displayed columns for each interface.
