Bug Description
Grids in both AngularJS and Angular give you the option to download their contents as a csv.
While testing for another bug, I noticed that 'download full csv' still works even when there's nothing in the grid. It immediately downloads a .csv that has the column headers and nothing else.
This is technically correct behavior, but it might be wise UX to show a warning when this happens. The type of user to click this without purpose is likely the same type of user to be confused by multiple files with the same name in their downloads folder.
