Bug Description

Evergreen version 3.11.1

Reference: https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1966342

It would be helpful to have the ability to turn off the highlighting. As it is now, every electronic resource record is going to have this highlighting, because they do not have any holdings attached to them.

I realize that we can always check the Exclude Electronic Resources box when searching, but having the extra option would be nice.

Alternatively (or as well) we could look at handling e-records differently - https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/2044011

I think handling e-records separately is a good idea, and we should also have a setting for the copy count highlight.

Note that we already have a request to turn off keyword match highlighting in the search results, bug 1970946, but this should probably be separate.
