Bug Description
We just upgraded to 3.11
When using the Expert Search in the public catalogue for e-books (no holdings library), no results are returned when searching for a value in the 035, 020 fields.
Expert Search works fine querying those fields in staff view.

I would add that it appears that no fields work for e-resources using Expert Search (or at least none of the ones I tested worked). If you try searching by 100 or 245, for example, the search results will only include physical versions.
So it seems to only be pulling records that have holdings attached, which of course is problematic because e-resource records will not have any holdings.
