Bug Description

As an extension of Wishlist: Ability to Email Item Receipts from Items Out Screen (https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1783642), staff have asked if there could be an option/button to email renewal receipts from the Renew Items page.

This also relates to Wishlist: granular notification preferences (https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1995529).
