Receive on Scan string from the staff client is untranslated

The string "Receive on Scan" in the staff client is in English, not in Czech when Czech is switched on.

Currently, this can be seen on Blake's bugsquash3 server when Czech localization is on:

The English string "Receive on Scan" can be found in the following file:

It looks like there is no i18n (or maybe rather i18n-label) attribute.

Most likely this is a reason why the string is not included in POEditor:

Adding the relevant i18n attribute could be a solution to this.
