Evergreen 3.11.1
The Expand All button in the angular purchase order is not very intuitive with just the arrows on it, especially beside the paging arrows which it blends in with.
Since moving to 3.11 we've had a couple libraries report Expand All was missing because they didn't realize that was the button for it.
It would be helpful if the button said Expand/Collapse like the line item specific ones do. I don't know if it's possible for a button label to change based on the state - expanded or collapsed - but in that case maybe we actually use "Expand/Collapse" as the button text.

looks like the 'expand all' button isn't even showed on a test server. I found a fix and will post a link, but it's somewhat related to this ticket, too.
