Bug Description
The new links added to secondary management interfaces in bug 1989151 all read "Manage" without anything to distinguish them from one another. Ideally, the link text should be distinct. At the very least, the links need title attributes (for tooltips) and ARIA descriptions (for screen readers) to disambiguate them. See https:/
