Deleting a bib record should delete its parts

Bug Description
Found on 3.10 production.
If a bib record is deleted via the many available methods (merge, intentional delete, last item delete, etc), the monographic parts are not deleted.
The parts themselves should be marked deleted=true, but they should *not* be removed from the copy part map. I think it's reasonable that even a deleted copy should still retain its link to the associated part, and it's OK if that part is also deleted.
