Acq Selection Lists: Mismatch in button names

When creating a new selection list in the angular interfaces sometimes there is a "Create" button and sometimes there is a "Confirm" button. I think either term works but we should use the same one everywhere there is a button to save a new selection list.

Acquisitions -> Selection Lists -> New Selection List - button to save is "Create"

From a title record -> Other Actions -> View/Place Orders -> Create Selection List - button to save is "Confirm"

Not applicable when creating a selection list through the angular Load MARC Order Records as you just fill in a field there.

Also not currently applicable when creating a selection list through New Brief Record, MARC Federated Search, or Load Catalog Record IDs as those interface are still dojo. If "Create/Confirm" buttons are part of the new angular interface they should use whatever we decide to go with.
