Bug Description
Evergreen 3.11
The library setting "Display Links to Deprecated Acquisitions Interfaces" seems to only control the display of the link to the legacy PO interface.
Ideally it should control the display of all the links to legacy acquisitions interfaces including Load MARC Order Records and Acquisitions Search.
