Bug Description
Evergreen 3.11
The Course Materials module uses both Unarchive and Reopen for the same function.
In the actions menu on the initial course list page the option is "Reopen Selected".
Within the course the button is labelled "Unarchive Course".
The same term should be used in both places. There may need to be some discussion about what the preferred term is.
