Bug Description

Evergreen 3.11

On the Hours of Operation tab (Administration -> Server Administration -> Organizational Units) the "Clear Hours of Operation" and "Apply Changes" buttons are oddly stacked on top of each other instead of side by side as they were in 3.9

The spacing between the buttons looks better, but I think the intent was to have the buttons side by side as in earlier versions instead of stacked on top of each other (screenshot attached). If the stacked formatting is preferred, happy to sign off.
