Bug Description
Evergreen 3.11
It would be great if the angular Patrons with Negative Balances interface had the ability to sort and filter the grid.
I'm not sure how Evergreen is ordering the list currently but it's not alphabetical by last name or by last billing activity date.
(This is an issue in the angularjs interface as well)
