Evergreen 3.11.1
There's a minor issue in 3.11.1 with the display of both the Retrieve Bib Record ID and the Retrieve Bib Record by TCN interfaces.
The field is now longer than necessary and expands oddly when you change your browser size (field gets longer and then shorter and then longer again as you make your browsers bigger). Also the Submit button is below instead of beside the field (see screenshot).
If there are reasons why the button should be below now I think it needs some padding between it and the field and possibly some colour.

I don't think there's any reason the button can't be on the same line. This is almost certainly one of the Bootstrap 5 glitches we didn't catch in bug 2000482.
