add reporting sources to report on totals and fund breakdowns for invoices

There are currently no reporting sources or views that permit reporting on the total amount of an invoice (including both line item and direct charges) or to report on fund debits on invoices in a way that combines the debits belonging to line items and the debits belonging to direct charges.

Since it's often useful to care about the total amount of an invoice, additional reporting sources will be provided.

Thanks for this patch, Galen! We (Garry Collum, Jason Stephenson, Michele Morgan, Stephanie Leary, Terran McCanna, and I) took a look at it today, and it's looking good from our preliminary testing.

We successfully created a report with the new invoice totals by fund tag. We did not have a chance to create a working report with the other two sources (invoice totals by fund or invoice totals).

We think somebody with more acqusitions experience should also exercise this patch before it gets a signoff.

This is currently loaded on terran-main.gapines.org for anybody else who wants to try it out!

We have successfully created reports using all three of the new reporter sources: Invoice Totals, Invoice Debits by Fund, Invoice Debits by Fund Tag. These new sources look good and will be very useful to libraries using Acquisitions.
