Cover Art and Added Content - Content Cafe Request Method

Content Cafe - an enhanced content service from Baker & Taylor has been having issues with their service for most of 2023. They are serving up old cached content for cover art and seem to not be able figure out why. The problem only seems to effect the XML Request method of fetching data from them.

One way to work around this issue is to change how Evergreen requests cover art from that service.

The current code is at /Open-ILS/src/perlmods/lib/OpenILS/WWW/AddedContent/ContentCafe.pm

Maybe one way to go would be to detect a cover art only request, and use a different request method in that case. If the result was placed into an xml result in the same format as the xmlrequest results, then minimal code changes would be needed.

We may need to make multiple requests in a row. The current code sends all the identifiers (ISBN, UPC, etc) in one request and uses the first result. If there are multiple search keys, then each one would need to be tried until we get a success.

We're having the same issues with these cover images and would love to see any improvements to the process!

I don't know if it's from the same root cause, but we have seemingly the same problem with our Syndetics service.
