Wishlist: Pick Up Later

Scenario:
Patron has a hold on the library's museum passes. Their hold is captured and ready for pickup, but they notify the library staff that they are going on vacation and can't pick up their item in time. They would like the option to pick up the item later. Library staff would like to suspend the hold for the patron to keep them in the queue, but move the copy onto the next patron in the hold queue. As of 3.9, you can not suspend a hold once the item has been captured.

It would be helpful for staff to be able to suspend a hold even when it's been captured.
