Wishlist: Right Align Columns in Acquisitions That Contain Money

Bug Description

Evergreen 3.11

In the acquisitions module any columns that display money should align right. This will line up the decimal points and make it easier to read.

The following interfaces have columns of money (there may be more I've missed):
- Funds (in Fund Administration)
- Funding Sources (in Fund Administration)
- Invoices
- Line Items Search (General Search)

Money and several other numeric columns will be right-aligned in the new table-based version of eg-grid, which is under development in response to bug 1615781.
