Angular MARC import/export - needs more fleshing of values about imported items

The Dojo interfaces for viewing import items (either for the entire queue or a title) would flesh out the IDs and codes for the following columns:

- owning library
- circulating library
- shelving location
- item status
- (if applicable) the import item error code

The equivalent Angular interfaces (routes /eg2/staff/cat/vandelay/queue/bib/$ID/items and /eg2/staff/cat/vandelay/queue/bib/$ID/record/$BIBID/items) do not flesh these values, meaning that numeric IDs or codes are shown rather than the display values. This decreases the utility of the interfaces.
