Bug Description

When searching Z39.50, the service for selection look like this: Local Catalog, Library of Congress (etc.) In the search results, the services look like this: native-evergreen-catalog, loc. That's four different labels for two different services (and more depending on how many services you have configured) which is definitely confusing to new users or those who haven't used Z39.50 in a while.

We find both Local Catalog and native-evergreen-catalog especially off-putting, a jargony way of saying "this catalog" and would prefer to rename it something like meaningful like NOBLE Catalog.

I completely agree in all points of Elizabeth's suggestion.

I would also add that it would be nice, if the label native-evegreen-catalog would be translatable, if used (see the bug 1184851).
