Bug Description

EG 3.10-ish

There is an action trigger (ahr.history.email) to email hold history but there is no button linked up to it in the OPAC.

Same for circ.history.email.

(Noting that these buttons are not present in the BooPAC - not sure if they were present in an older OPAC.)

Looks like these were meant to be fired off by the following methods:

* open-ils.actor.history.hold.visible.email
* open-ils.actor.history.hold.visible.print
* open-ils.actor.history.circ.email
* open-ils.actor.history.circ.print

However, I see no sign that these methods were ever hooked up to the UI.
