Simple Reports: No pending reports status

Bug Description
In 3.9.2, the Simple Reporter does not have any way of indicating if you are currently running a report. There is no pending column like in the traditional reporter. There is a Next Run Column, but that clears when the report starts to run.
This could cause a back-up in the reports queue, with individuals inadvertently trying to run a report several times.
