Bug Description
Currently, the Billings and Payments Transaction Summary report type in the Simple Reporter does not include the following fields as filters or displays:
1. links to patron info
2. balanced owed
3. payment location
These are popular components in billing and payment reports in the traditional reporter and would benefit from being added to the simple reporter.
